Recipe for Seekh Kebabs



150 grammes of minced keema mutton


100 grammes of minced chicken


a teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste


1 teaspoon onion paste


1 teaspoon red pepper flakes


1 teaspoon dried coriander


Cumin powder, 1 teaspoon


powdered pepper, 3/4 tsp.


a teaspoon of dried mango powder


1/4 teaspoon of dry ginger powder, saunth


2 teaspoons of oil


1.5 tablespoons cashew paste


1/2 a cup of cream


2/bsp besan


one egg yolk


salt to taste


for using cilantro leaves as a garnish



Make Seekh Kebabs at Home

Chicken and mutton mince should be combined in a bowl. You can combine them by hand.

Along with onion paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, powdered pepper, dried mango powder, saunth, oil, cashew paste, and cream, add ginger-garlic paste to it. Mix well.

To bind, combine egg yolk and besan (chickpea flour). Mix thoroughly.

To taste, add salt. Mix. For one hour, refrigerate covered.

Place the kebabs on skewers that have been lightly oiled, then grill or roast them until the outside is beautifully browned. While grilling, baste regularly with oil.

When the kebabs are finished cooking, transfer them to a serving tray and top with onion rings, lemon wedges, and fresh coriander leaves.
