Koftey(meatballs)recipe

 


Ingredients;

5–6 tablespoons of oil

Sliced medium onions

Water, 4–5 tablespoons

1 kilogramme of beef mince

Tobs of onion paste

Poppy seed powder, 2 tablespoons

powdered whole spices ½ tsp

ginger garlic, chopped, 1/2 tbs.

3 tablespoons of yoghurt

chilli powder red. 1 & ½ tsp

powdered coriander ½ tsp

12 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon salt or to taste

3–4 green peppers, or to taste

2 tablespoons of coriander leaves

5–6 tablespoons of oil

1/2 tbs. of ginger-garlic paste

12 teaspoon cumin powder

12 teaspoon of turmeric

chilli powder red. 12 tbs. or as needed

12 teaspoon salt or to taste

powdered coriander ½ tsp

34 cup of yoghurt

Water

handful of chopped coriander leaves

3–4 chopped green chilies

powdered whole spices ½ tsp


Directions:

Add oil to a wok, add the onion, and cook until the onion is light brown.

Add fried onion and water to a grinder, and ground thoroughly.

Beef mince, onion paste, poppy seeds powder, whole spice powder, chopped ginger and garlic, yoghurt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, green chilies, and coriander leaves should all be added to a food processor and ground well.

Make equal-sized meatballs with your hands after greasing them with oil.

Ginger and garlic paste are added to heated oil and mixed.Add the leftover onion mixture and cook for a short while.

Add the salt, coriander powder, turmeric, cumin, and red chilli powder now and combine.

Yoghurt should be added and well combined.

On a low to medium temperature, add water, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add the kofta balls, bring to a boil, and then simmer for 15 minutes.To avoid sticking, stir.

Add the green chiles and coriander now, cover, and simmer for a few minutes.

Add full spice powder, then warm food.
