Ingredients;
Eggs - 3
10 tablespoons sugar
Milk: two cups
Vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon
2 teaspoons sugar (for caramel).
Making an Egg Pudding;
In a steel bowl, caramelise 2 tsp. of sugar.
Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly in a separate basin until the sugar melts.
Put 1/2 cup water in the cooker and pour this mixture into the caramelised bowl.
This combination should be pressure cooked for ten minutes, then removed from the cooker after the pressure has subsided.
reheat before serving.
