Club sandwiches recipe

 As the name implies, a club sandwich is stuffed with vegetables. It has all of your favourite vegetables, filled between toasted bread slices, from lettuce to bell peppers. Crispy potato slices and mayo are used in the filling. This breakfast is traditional and provides you with enough food to keep you satisfied for a while. Club Sandwich would come in handy on days when you don't feel like eating eggs or a simple sandwich. Try out this fantastic dish and let us know how it turned out!



COMPOSITION OF A CLUB SANDWICH


6 multigrain loaves


2 tablespoons of vegan mayo


3 sliced garlic cloves


1 cup of cabbage, chopped


Red bell pepper, quartered and chopped


14 of a yellow bell pepper, cut and diced


1/4 of a chopped, sliced green pepper


1 medium onion, chopped


1 medium carrot, shredded


as needed, black pepper


add salt as needed


Extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon


1 medium tomato, cut


1 medium potato, boiled and sliced.


leaf of lettuce as needed


MAKE A CLUB SANDWICH

Step 1: Fry the potatoes

Heat some oil in a pan before frying the potato slices. Cook it until a light brown colour appears on both sides. If necessary, salt it to taste.

Saute the vegetables in Step 2 .

Transfer the potato slices to a platter, then sauté the garlic and the remaining vegetables, excluding the tomatoes. For two to three minutes, saute the vegetables. After that, put them in a bowl. As needed, season with salt and pepper.


Toast the bread in Step 3.

To make a club sandwich, toast the bread slices and spread mayo on three of them. On one slice of bread, arrange the lettuce, then the tomato and potato slices. Add salt and pepper to taste, if needed.

Prepare the second slice of bread in Step 4.

Add a lettuce leaf to the second slice of bread at this time. Add all the veggies on top. The final piece of mayo bread should be placed on top of the sandwich. Make another sandwich by following the same steps.

Your delicious club sandwich is prepared in Step 5.


Now divide the sandwich in half. Serve it with any dip, even mayo. Embrace this traditional Club Sandwich. You can grill it if you prefer.
