Chicken samosa recipe

 


Ingredients;


1 teaspoon oil

Chopped Onion, 1 Medium

1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste

Half-Chopped Tomato

Minced Chicken, 500 Grammes

1 teaspoon of chilli flakes

1 teaspoon of black pepper powder

1 teaspoon of turmeric powder

1 teaspoon of chicken powder

To Taste Salt

1 teaspoon garam masala

As Needed Samosa Patti

1 Tablespoon of all-purpose flour

Water as Needed

Frying Oil


Preparation

Once the onion is transparent, add the tomato, ginger, and garlic to the hot oil in the pan.

Add the chicken till the colour changes.

Salt, chicken powder, chicken flavouring, black pepper, turmeric, and red pepper flakes can all be added. Garam masala is next added, and the mixture is finished.

Take the samosa patties and cooked chicken. Filling added, pattis secured with a water and all-purpose flour mixture.

Samosas should be fried till golden brown.
