COMPOSITION OF CHICKEN MOMOS;
Six portions;
450 grammes of whole wheat flour
300 grammes of chicken, cooked
Unrefined oil, 1 tablespoon
5 green peppers
2 big onions
add salt as needed
a ginger, 1 inch
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
water when needed
as needed, black pepper
1 tablespoon of garlic and chilli paste
Red bell pepper, half a cup
A RECIPE FOR CHICKEN MOMOS;
Chop the vegetables and wash the chicken in Step 1 .

Tips.
The first rule of making Chicken Momos is that the core should always be thick and the edges should always be thin. As a result of numerous omissions, the momo disintegrates.
