Chicken manchurian

 


Ingredients:


Boneless chicken, 500 grammes

When Marinating;


1 teaspoon garlic paste

1 Egg (whisked)

Salt as desired

white pepper, as desired.

1 tbsp Oil

1 tbsp flour

When Sauce

4 chopped garlic cloves

3 tablespoons tomato ketchup

3 tablespoons chili-garlic sauce

1 Capsicum

Spring onion, one

1/2 lemon juice

Slices of 4 pineapples

Salt as desired

pepper to taste with black

white pepper, as desired.

1 tablespoon Worcester Sauce

2 tablespoons cornmeal

oil as necessary

1 glass water


Cooking Technique;


Chicken should be cut into small pieces and marinated in 1 tablespoon oil, flour, egg, garlic powder, black pepper, white pepper, and salt. (Roughly thirty minutes).

Deep pan with oil now heated to medium heat. The marinated chicken is fried in oil and set aside.

Garlic that has been chopped is sautéed in 2 tablespoons of heated oil.Then stir-fry for a short while after adding green pepper and spring onion. After adding the pineapple chunks, stir-fry for an additional two minutes.

Stir in the ketchup, chilli garlic sauce, salt, and black and white pepper after adding the fried chicken.Cook for three minutes after adding a glass of water.

Stir in the Worcester sauce and boil for a short while.

Corn flour should be dissolved in a small amount of water and stirred into the sauce.The sauce will thicken after a few minutes of simmering.

Add a few drops of lemon juice right before serving, then plate it.The delectable Chicken Manchurian is prepared.
