How to make mango delight

 DELIGHTFUL MANGO RECIPE

You're looking for the ideal mango treat that only requires four ingredients and takes less than 20 minutes to prepare. It must be chilled before you can savour that mouthwatering delight until all of it is gone.

Mango, cream, biscuits, and condensed milk are used to make the layered dessert known as mango pleasure. Typically, nuts are used as a garnish. Mango custard substituted for cream and an additional layer of mango jelly added to the dish's bottom are two frequent modifications to this recipe.

Mango jelly, however, necessitates additional procedures, including heating and cooling the jelly. I decided against it because mangoes are delicious on their own and it wasn't really necessary.

An example of a    easy and simple recipe.

Mango Delight is a fantastic summertime gem that tastes delicious when served chilled straight from the freezer. This dessert comes in handy when you need to entertain visitors and need to whip up something lovely quickly.

INGREDIENTS;

Without considering the garnish, we only need 4 components.

Mango: For this dish, Mango Delight, use the best-tasting, completely ripened mangoes with that rich mango flavour. Mangoes can always be added to your bag. In the summer, I also enjoy mango kulfi and mango ice.

I used Marie cookies, which are firm tea time biscuits and one of my all-time favourites. But I figure any biscuit with vanilla flavour will do without affecting the mango flavour.

Condensed Milk: Since the sweetness is somewhat individualised,

Add no more than a half-can of condensed milk that has previously been sweetened.

HOW IS IT MADE?

One of the simplest and most delicious desserts to create is mango delight.

Ingredients

2 cups of chunky mango

12 can of condensed milk, plus additional to taste or more sugar

Whipping cream, 1.5 cups (400 ml), until doubled

Twenty Marie cookies

Garnish

To garnish, add crushed biscuit and nuts.

Mangoes should first be peeled and chopped. Add condensed milk to it and blend. Try some; the purée should be sweeter than you prefer.since the purée will make the cream sweeter.

In a big bowl, whip cooled cream until it doubles in volume but doesn't reach stiff peaks. Keep some cream aside for garnish. Mango puree is added and stirred in one direction. Do not overmix or deflate cream. In a plate or the ice cream glasses, make a layer of biscuits. Between layers, mango cream is used. Ensure that the mango cream has enough sweetness.

Create a cream layer and place it in the bottom of a glass dish. This could also be done in little portions.

Create the next biscuit layer.

Mango chunks should be spread over that layer of biscuits. (Pro tip: If your mangoes aren't sweet, try sprinkling 1–2 tablespoons of sugar on top.)

Mangoes should be covered with half of the cream.

Pour the leftover mango cream on top after adding another layer of biscuit and mango pieces.

Add nuts, smashed cookies, and coconut flakes as a garnish. In order to create those hearts, I also piped unwhipped cream in rows before using a wooden stick to cut through it. Place the in the refrigerator to chill and set for 2-4 hours. Place the dish in the freezer for 30-45 minutes prior to serving. Serve ice cold and take pleasure!
