Beef bihari kabab
Beef A delicious BBQ food is bihari kabab. A mouth-watering flavour is provided by beef that has been spice-marinated and grilled over charcoal. For a BBQ night or outside cooking, this dish is comforting.
Any other boneless cut of beef can be used in place of the undercut portion specified in this recipe. Just let it marinate for longer than six hours. For a different flavour, look at the Tawa Bihari Kabab Recipe.
Ingredients
Undercut beef ½ kg
Fresh cream, 1/2 cup
2 teaspoons of ginger-garlic paste
Approximately two tablespoons of green chilli paste
4 tsp (powder) of roasted chickpeas
Red chilli powder, 2 teaspoons
Paprika powder, 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder, dry, 1 teaspoon
2.25 teaspoons of poppy seeds
powdered garam masala 1 tsp
1 teaspoon salt
1 powdered nutmeg
Powdered Mace 5
Papaya paste or meat tenderizer powder, 2 teaspoons
oil as necessary
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients—aside from the oil—in the meat. Leave for 4-6 hours to marinate.
Bihari kabab should be skewered.
Skewers are placed on a charcoal barbecue. In order to prevent burning, turn the skewers frequently.
After finishing, brush with oil. alongside a dip.
