Zinger Burger recipe

 




Ingredients


• 4 to 5 pieces of chicken fillets


Iceberg lettuce has four to five leaves.


• 4 slices of eggs


• Half a cup of plain flour


• Half a cup of corn flour


• One tablespoon of mustard powder


• One teaspoon of baking powder


• 4 to 5 pieces of cheese.


• Hot sauce: when necessary


• Mayonnaise: When necessary


1 cup hot milk


• One tablespoon of flour


• One piece of chicken cube


• One teaspoon of sugar


• One teaspoon of white pepper


• Salt: To your personal taste


• 4 to 6 pieces per bun


• Oil: as necessary


Making Zinger Burgers;

METHOD:


1. In a bowl, whisk all the eggs; set bowl aside. Add flour and crumbled chicken cubes.


2. Combine the flour and chicken cubes in another bowl with the other dry ingredients.


3. Cover the chicken with dry ingredients and then cover it with beaten eggs. Three to four times should be done.


4. Continue to fry the chicken until it turns golden brown.


5. Next, take the bun and slice it down the middle. Toast the bun on both sides in the pan with the oil, then top with the hot milk and mayonnaise.

6. Arrange the iceberg lettuce, cheese slices, hot sauce, and chicken fillets on the bun.

7. Your fiery burger is done.
