Pizza fries recipe

 


INGREDIENTS:


 1 kilo of potato fries12 kilogramme of chicken


1 teaspoon chicken tikka masala1 tablespoon yoghurt


tbsp. of oil1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste


Cheese, Cheddar, one packet


One packet of mozzarella cheese


12 cup pizza sauce


One sliced onion


2 chopped capsicum


1 tomato


if necessary, black olives


Crushed red chilli, one teaspoon


1 teaspoon dried oregano


1 teaspoon garlic powder


METHODS

For French fries, use:


-Cut the potatoes into fries and cook them.

For the flavour of chicken tikka:

Whisk together the tikka masala, yoghurt, and ginger and garlic paste in a bowl.

Mix in the chicken fillet, then marinate.

Chicken fillet should be cooked for two to three minutes in a frying pan with oil.

For 2-3 minutes on low heat, add water, cover the pan, and then cook the other side until done.

After extinguishing the flame, use a fork to shred the chicken.

Sauté for one minute over a heat, then remove.

Assembling:

Add potato fries and mozzarella cheese to a small frying pan or baking sheet.

Cooked chicken, pizza sauce, onion, bell pepper, tomato, and cheddar cheese should be added.

Add mozzarella cheese, crushed red chilli peppers, black olives, and dry oregano.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 180 C in a preheated oven, or until cheese is melted.
