Kache keeme ke kabab recipe

 


When you want to eat something light and healthy, these amazing, speedy, and delicious kache keeme ke kababs are the greatest. They can be fried in a little oil in a frying pan or on a tawa.


You may also make a beef burger with this scrumptious kabab.


Making Kache Keeme Ke Kabab


INGREDIENTS;


mince 12 kg


Ginger-garlic paste, 2 teaspoons


1 medium (chopped) onion


a few chopped leaves of fresh coriander


4-6 green chilies, chopped


appropriate salt


1 teaspoon red chilli powder


12 teaspoon cumin powder


frying oil


Instructions;

Mix the mince with the remaining ingredients (excluding oil) in a bowl. Spend at least 30 minutes away.

Make a circular kabab.

Both sides of the kabab should be pan-fried in hot oil in a tawa or frying pan.

Garnish with lemon and onion after removing to a platter. alongside a dip.
