Butter naan recipe

 Even though making homemade naan bread is really easy, there aren't many ideas and recommendations for a superb butter naan recipe. First, correctly kneading it is essential for achieving the ideal soft and chewy texture. In other words, the butter naan will taste better the longer you knead the dough to a smooth consistency. Second, for good fermentation, the dough needs to be kept in a warm environment after it has been kneaded. If you live in a region with a chilly environment, you can also preserve it in an oven that has been preheated. Last but not least, making butter garlic naan is as simple as combining chopped garlic with melted butter and spreading it on baked naan.



INGREDIENTS

for dough;


2 cups each of maida, all-purpose, refined, and plain flour


1 tsp sugar


Baking powder, 1 teaspoon


14 tsp. of baking soda


salt as desired


14 cup fresh, thick yoghurt or curd


2 tsp oil


lukewarm water as needed (for kneading)


additional components:


2 tbsp butter


1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves


INSTRUCTIONS;

First, using the ingredients indicated for dough, knead the dough for 10 minutes.

Rest for two hours in a warm environment while being covered with a damp cloth.

After two hours, lightly knead the dough. to remove any air from the dough, if any is present.

Form a dough ball by pinching.

Using a rolling pin, gently roll into an oval form. Make sure your creations are neither too thick nor thin. and keep the size in mind as well. It shouldn't exceed the size of your tawa.

grease the naan with some water.

Moreover, slowly turn it over, place it on a hot tawa, and lightly push.

After a minute, turn the tawa upside down and cook the naan until golden brown right on the heat.

additionally give a butter and coriander leaf brushing.

Remove the naan by gently scraping the bottom.

Finally, combine your favourite curry with hot butter naan.
