Anday wala burger (egg burger)
Another desi burger found in Karachi is the anday wala burger. This tasty anday wala burger can easily replace regular meat or cheese burgers. This nighttime snack, which is a perennial favourite, may be found in Karachi. The long bun bread is filled with chutneys and a lentil patty. Omelette is kept on top of the patty to give the burger a rich flavour. All ages enjoy it, making it a favourite.
Ingredients:
Beef patties:
100 grammes of ground beef
1/fourth cup bread crumbs
14 cup finely minced onions
2 minced garlic cloves
0.5 teaspoons of salt
Black pepper, half a teaspoon
Red chilli powder, half a teaspoon
one-half teaspoon of cumin powder
1 egg
For use in frying
An omelette is:
2 eggs
one cup of milk
pepper and salt as desired
For use in frying
Directions;
Ground beef, bread crumbs, diced onions, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, cumin powder, and egg should all be combined in a mixing dish. Mix everything thoroughly until it is all mixed.
Create four equal pieces of the beef mixture, and then divide each portion into patties.
On medium heat, warm the oil in the frying pan. Add the meat patties and cook thoroughly, flipping once, in the oil. Keep warm after removing from heat.
Whisk the milk, eggs, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until completely blended.
In a another frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Once the egg mixture has set, add it and continue cooking. Keep warm after removing from heat.
Spread ketchup and mayonnaise on the bottom buns before assembling the burgers. Include a piece of omelette, a lettuce leaf, a beef patty, a slice of tomato, and a slice of onion. Add the second bun half on top.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients and hamburger buns.

Remarks:
You can adjust the toppings to suit your tastes. If you'd rather, you may also substitute vegetarian or chicken patties for the beef ones.
